Development shall be substantially as shown on the development plans, Exhibit "A" <br />(dated "Received December I, 1997 and February 20, 1998"), on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans <br />may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in <br />substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. This design review approval shall lapse within one year from the date of approval unless <br />a building permit is issued and construction has commenced and is diligently pursued <br />toward completion or an extension has been approved by the City. <br /> <br />3. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />Project Specific Conditions <br /> <br />4. The colors and materials ofthe new sanctuary building shall match those ofthe chapel <br />and shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning Director prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit and shall be consistent with the approved colors on file as part of Exhibit <br />"A". Approved colors shall be stated on the plans submitted for issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />5. Prior to the issuance of building permits, all exterior finish materials for the building shall <br />be designated on the plans submitted for building permit. The skylight along the roof <br />ridge shall consist of a non- or low-reflective material. <br /> <br />6. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the site plan shall be modified such that parking <br />stall lengths are 17 feet and the landscape planters oriented on the north-south axis are <br />widened to 12 feet to allow cars to overhang into the planter area. <br /> <br />Landscaping and Lighting <br /> <br />7. A final landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by Planning <br />Director as part of the building permit plan set prior to issuance of an on-site permit. <br />Said landscape plan shall be consistent with the approved landscape plan plus any <br />conditions of approval, and shall be detailed in terms of species, location, size, quantities, <br />and spacing.
