The proposed residence shall conform substantially to the site plan, building elevations, colorboard, and related materials (dated "Received October 29, 1997), Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance with the approved exhibits. 2. This design review approval will lapse within one year from the date of approval on, February 25, 1999, unless a building permit has been issued and construction has cornmenced and is diligently pursued toward completion, or unless an extension has been approved by the City, 3. The river rock wainscoting with brick cap shall be extended to the fenceline on both side elevations of the house. This additional wainscoting shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits. 4. All conditions of approval and tree preservation measures shall be attached to all building permit plan check sets submitted for review and approval. These conditions of approval shall be attached at all tirnes to any grading and construction plans kept on the project site. It is the responsibility of the applicant/property-owner to ensure that the project contractor is aware of, and abides by, all conditions of approval.
