Implementation of the proposed Zone would could affect bicycle and <br />pedestrian traffic as well as transit service along Johnson Drive, especially in <br />relation to movements into and out of new uses developed along Johnson <br />Drive. <br />2. Mitigation Measures 4.D-3 and 4.D-4 set forth in Table 6-1 of the Final EIR <br />and listed in the MMRP will ensure that Impact 4.D-11 would be reduced to a <br />less -than -significant level, and are hereby incorporated by reference and <br />described below. <br />Mitigation Measure 4.D-3: Johnson Drive Improvements. The City will review <br />design plans for club retail and other traffic -intensive uses that would be developed <br />as part of Phase I and buildout of the EDZ to determine needed improvements to <br />accommodate additional traffic on Johnson Drive.
