MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />There were no members of the audience wishing to address the Commission. <br />4. REVISIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were no revisions to the agenda, but Mr. Beaudin noted that the appellant for Item 6a <br />has submitted a letter withdrawing their appeal and the Commission could choose to hear or <br />not hear the item. Chair Balch confirmed there were no speakers and no action was taken. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted, approved, or <br />adopted by one motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is <br />received from the Planning Commission or a member of the public by submitting a <br />speaker card for that item. <br />There were no items on the Consent Calendar. <br />6. Gary Sears <br />Appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval of an application for a Conditional Use <br />Permit to operate a Targe family daycare for a maximum of 12 children within the <br />existing residence located at 2875 Garden Creek Circle. Zoning for the property is <br />PUD -MDR (Planned Unit Development — Medium Density Residential) District. <br />This item is withdrawn from the agenda. <br />b. P14-0852 and PUD -105. City of Pleasanton <br />Consider certifying the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (FSEIR) <br />and consider applications on 12 parcels at 7106 through 7315 Johnson Drive and <br />7035 and 7080 Commerce Circle, comprising approximately 40 acres known as the <br />Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone (JDEDZ) for: (1) approval of a General <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, October 11, 2017 Page 2 of 13 <br />
