A (Agricultural) District <br /> <br /> Real property of Howard C. Hansen and Ann Marie Mix <br /> involving two parcels, the first of which is some 20 <br /> acres in size and located immediately adjacent on the <br /> west the larger of the two hereinabove provided for <br /> parcels in the A (Agricultural) District, and the <br /> second of which is some ten acres in size abutting on <br /> the north Hansen Drive and located at or about the end <br /> thereof, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> P (Public and Institutional) District <br /> <br /> Real property of Howard C. Hansen and Ann Marie Mix <br /> being approximately 5.9 acres in size and located <br /> between the two lhereinabove referred to larger parcels <br /> zoned in the P (Public and Institutional) and A (Agri- <br /> cultural) Districts, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> RM-1500 (Multi-Family) District <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> The zoning classifications hereinabove referred to are, pursuant <br /> ~2-t2.11(a) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, and in <br /> order to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the <br /> residents of the City of Pleasanton, specifically conditioned upon <br /> the entrance into by the owner of the property herein and/or his <br /> <br /> authorized agent an agreement whereby the rate of development of <br /> the territory herein rezoned would be phased over a period of year! <br /> in order to make more predictable the municipal and school distric~ <br /> service burdens occasioned by such development. Such an agreement <br /> dated November 22, 1971, has been signed by Ann Marie Mix and <br /> Howard C. Hansen, owners of the property herein, and Kaiser-Aetna, <br /> <br /> en <br /> a general partnership (Mackay Homes Division), the authorized ag <br /> <br />for the property owner and by the City of Pleasanton pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 71-236. The provisions of said agreement are incor~ <br />porated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein and shall <br />be recorded in the office of the County Recorder and, like the zon- <br />m~ing herein, shall govern the land use and development of the <br />i~property herein by the present property owners or their successor <br />~and/or successors in interest. <br /> <br /> IV. <br /> <br /> IThis ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days after <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
