CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 647 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT #115, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, TITLE II <br /> OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, REZONING <br /> FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE A (AGRICULTURAL), <br /> R-1-6,500 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL), P (PUBLIC AND <br /> INSTITUTIONAL) AND RM-1500 (MULTI-FAMILY) DISTRICTS, <br /> PROPERTY OWNED BY HOWARD C. HANSEN AND ANN MARIE MIX <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br />The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, <br />referred to in 52-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City <br />of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 115, dated November 22, 1971, on file with <br /> the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate land <br /> use and zoning districts as shown thereon for the territor9 <br /> outlined in heavy ink thereon. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br />Said territory and zone classification as amended is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Howard C. Hansen and Ann Marie Mix being <br /> approximately 187 acres in size bounded on the east by <br /> Hopyard Road, on the north by the Pleasanton canal, on <br /> the west by the Arroyo de la Laguna, on the south by <br /> Hansen, and exclusive of those areas hereinafter to be <br /> referred to within the area outlined in heavy ink on <br /> Exhibit "A" attached hereto for which zoning classifica- <br /> tions other than R-1-6,500 (Single Family Residential) <br /> District are provided, is hereby classfied as follows: <br /> <br /> R-1-6,500 (Single Family) District <br /> <br /> Real property of Howard C. Hansen and Ann Marie Mix <br /> involving two parcels, the first of which is some 12 acres: <br /> in size and located at the southwest corner of Hopyard <br /> Road and the Pleasanton canal, and the second of which <br /> is some 2.5 acres in size and located in the southwestern <br /> portion of the area outlined in heavy ink on Exhibit "A" <br /> attached hereto, is hereby classified as Sollows: <br /> <br /> <br />
