If the operation of the use results in major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or <br />other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional home <br />occupation use permit may be referred to the Planing Commission for subsequent review <br />at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />9. This use permit is not transferable to another address. In the event that the applicant <br />moves, a new application must be submitted. <br /> <br />10. This use permit shall be reviewed by the Planning Director eight months from the date of <br />final approval in order to determine compliance with all conditions of approval and to <br />determine if the music lessons are creating neighborhood impacts. Neighbors within 300 <br />feet of the subject site shall be noticed of a 15-day comment period. If the neighbors or <br />City staff have concerns with this home occupation, the Planning Director may add or <br />modify the conditions of approval, or the Director may refer the matter to the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
