<br />Resolution No. PC-98-01 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-97-56 <br />Laura Darrow <br /> <br />PLANNING <br /> <br />I. The use shall substantially conform to the sitelfloor plan and narrative, Exhibit "A", dated <br />"Received August 4, 1997" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />2. The use shall be operated in compliance with the home occupation conditions listed in <br />Section 18.104.030 of the Municipal Code. <br /> <br />1. <br />3. The hours of operation for the piano and voice lessons shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Tuesday <br />Wednesday <br />Thursday <br /> <br />begin at noon, end at 8:00 PM <br />begin at noon, end at 8:00 PM <br />begin at noon, end at 8:00 PM <br /> <br />4. The total number of students per day shall not exceed eight. <br /> <br />5. Within 90 days of the final approval of this use permit, the applicant shall replace the <br />existing living room window with a dual-pane window. Said window shall remain closed <br />when lessons are conducted. <br /> <br />6. All vehicles transporting students to and from lessons shall be parked in the applicant's <br />driveway or in the street directly in front of the residence. Students shall be encouraged <br />to walk or ride bikes to lessons. The applicant shall impress upon all students the need <br />for them to behave courteously to the neighbors. The applicant shall prepare a written <br />handout to be distributed to all students and, if applicable, their parents, stating these <br />requirements. <br /> <br />7. If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities beyond that addressed by <br />these conditions are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Requests for <br />modification of the home occupation use permit shall be submitted in writing to the <br />Planning Director. Requested changes may require a new use permit. Minor changes <br />may be approved by the Planning Director. <br />
