The use shall substantially conform to the sitelfloor plan and narrative, Exhibit "A", dated "Received August 4, 1997" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. 2. The use shall be operated in compliance with the home occupation conditions listed in Section 18.104.030 of the Municipal Code. 1. 3. The hours of operation for the piano and voice lessons shall be as follows: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday begin at noon, end at 8:00 PM begin at noon, end at 8:00 PM begin at noon, end at 8:00 PM 4. The total number of students per day shall not exceed eight. 5. Within 90 days of the final approval of this use permit, the applicant shall replace the existing living room window with a dual-pane window. Said window shall remain closed when lessons are conducted. 6. All vehicles transporting students to and from lessons shall be parked in the applicant's driveway or in the street directly in front of the residence. Students shall be encouraged to walk or ride bikes to lessons. The applicant shall impress upon all students the need for them to behave courteously to the neighbors. The applicant shall prepare a written handout to be distributed to all students and, if applicable, their parents, stating these requirements. 7. If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities beyond that addressed by these conditions are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Requests for modification of the home occupation use permit shall be submitted in writing to the Planning Director. Requested changes may require a new use permit. Minor changes may be approved by the Planning Director.
