A significant portion of Pleasanton's population are not US citizens. They are in the USA on H1 B, Permanent Resident, or Green Card Visas. The attitudes/concerns from this group is not captured. 2) Page 26 compares the 2017 voter file to a 2010 census population of 70,285 The current population estimate varies between 80k -85k the 63% stated in the table is actually closer to 50% (Possibly supporting item #1 )
