Section 1003 of the adopted Uniform Fire Code is amended to read as follows: Notwithstanding any other provision of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, including this Uniform Fire Code, installation of automatic Fire protection systems shall be required as provided in Section 20.08.045 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. 20.24.035 Amendments to Uniform Fire Code. The Uniform Fire Code adopted in this chapter by reference is amended by the following additions, deletions, and amendments thereto as set forth in this Chapter. Reference numbers herein are taken from the Uniform Fire Code and Standards. 20.24.040 Definitions. A. Whenever the following terms are used in the Uniform Fire Code: (1) "Chief Executive Officer" means the City Manager of the City of Pleasanton; (2) "Corporation Counsel" means the City Attorney. (3) "Executive Body" means the City Council. (4) "Jurisdiction" means the City of Pleasanton. (5) "Uniform Fire Code" means the City of Pleasanton Fire Code.
