Section 20.20.015 - Amended - Section 304.1 Fees <br /> <br />Section 304.1 of the Uniform Administrative Code Provisions for the National Electrical Code <br />1996 Edition is amended as follows: <br /> <br />304.1 Fees. The National Electrical Code permit fees shall be as set forth in the Master Fees <br />Schedule. <br /> <br />Section 20.20.16 - Added - Section 304.2 Plan Review Fees <br /> <br />Section 304.2 of the Uniform Administrative Code Provisions for the National Electrical Code <br />1996 Edition is amended as follows: <br /> <br />304.2 Plan Review Fees. The National Electrical Code plan review fees shall be as set forth in <br />the Master Fees Schedule. <br /> <br />(Sections 20.20.020 through 20.20.100, no change)" <br /> <br />Section 6. Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as amended, is hereby further <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"20.24.010 Uniform Fire Code adopted. <br /> <br />A. There is adopted by reference for the purpose of prescribing regulations goveming <br />conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion that certain Code known as the <br />Uniform Fire Code, Volumes 1 and 2, more particularly described in this section, except such <br />portions as are amended, modified or deleted in this Chapter, and the same is adopted and <br />incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this chapter. <br /> <br />B. Said Code is the Califomia Building Standards Code 1998 Edition, (24 C.C.R.), and <br />including by reference the Uniform Fire Code, 1997 Edition, Volumes 1 and 2, including all <br />indexes and appendices, except Appendix Chapters I-A, I-B, II-C, II-E, Ill-B, and VI-D, <br />published by the International Conference of Building Officials in cooperation with the Western <br />Fire Chiefs Association, Inc., three copies of which are on file with the City Clerk for use by the <br />public. <br /> <br />20.24.020 Board of Appeals <br /> <br />Section 103.1.4 of the adopted Uniform Fire Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />In order to determine the suitability of alternative material and type of construction and to <br />provide for reasonable interpretations of the provisions of this Code, there shall be and hereby is <br />established a Board of Appeals, the members of which shall be the City Council of the City of <br /> <br /> 45 <br /> <br /> <br />
