If necessary, the Planning Commission may add additional <br />conditions of approval or may revoke the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other <br />impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be re- <br />ferred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If neces- <br />sary, the Planning Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate <br />such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The project developer shall maintain the area surrounding the event center in a clean and <br />orderly manner at all times. <br /> <br />The exterior kitchen door shall be kept closed, but not locked, at all times. <br /> <br />The kitchen for the event center shall be equipped at all times with filtering devices to <br />minimize odors and fumes. These filtering devices shall be operating during an event in- <br />cluding any type of food services. <br /> <br />There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, or garbage pick-up between the <br />hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br /> <br />The owner/operator shall secure a license from Alcoholic Beverage Control before alco- <br />holic beverages may be served in the event center, and shall maintain this license as long <br />as alcoholic beverage service is provided. <br /> <br />< End > <br /> <br />PCUP-89, Final CC Conditions Page 2 of 2 September 2, 2003 <br /> <br /> <br />
