Ordinance No. 1782 Page Two Section 1: Approves the Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning districts for the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan Area, including PUD-MDR (Medium Density Residential), PUD-LDR (Low Density Residential), PUD-HR (Hillside Residential), PUD-SRR (Semi-Rural Residential), PUD-OS (Open Space), PUD-V (Vineyards), PUD-CP (Community Park) and PUD-PI (Public and Institutional), as filed under Case RZ-98-02. Section 2: Approves the development standards and design guidelines applicable to each of the PUD zoning districts, which shall be the same as those presented in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan, as that Plan may be amended. The following Specific Plan sections are hereby referenced for this purpose: PUD-MDR: Section IV.C. 1 PUD-LDR: Section IV.C. 1 PUD-HR: Section IV.C. 1 PUD-SRR: Section IV.C. 1 PUD-V: Section IV.C.3 PUD-OS: Section IV.C.2 PUD-CP: Section IV.C.4 PUD-PI: Section IV.C.5 In addition, the permitted uses within the PI zone shall be more specifically defined as follows: 1. public school uses; 2. child care facilities/uses; 3. public recreation uses of school facilities; and 4. any use operated by school children or non-profit, school-associated groups within or on school grounds (e.g., fund-raising activities such as flower sales, car washes, and so forth),. Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk designating and dividing the City into zoning districts, is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map//448, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated June 1, 1999, and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
