Ordinance No. 1782 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning districts for the Vineyard <br /> Avenue Corridor Specific Plan Area, including PUD-MDR (Medium Density <br /> Residential), PUD-LDR (Low Density Residential), PUD-HR (Hillside <br /> Residential), PUD-SRR (Semi-Rural Residential), PUD-OS (Open Space), PUD-V <br /> (Vineyards), PUD-CP (Community Park) and PUD-PI (Public and Institutional), <br /> as filed under Case RZ-98-02. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the development standards and design guidelines applicable to each of <br /> the PUD zoning districts, which shall be the same as those presented in the <br /> Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan, as that Plan may be amended. The <br /> following Specific Plan sections are hereby referenced for this purpose: <br /> <br /> PUD-MDR: Section IV.C. 1 <br /> PUD-LDR: Section IV.C. 1 <br /> PUD-HR: Section IV.C. 1 <br /> PUD-SRR: Section IV.C. 1 <br /> PUD-V: Section IV.C.3 <br /> PUD-OS: Section IV.C.2 <br /> PUD-CP: Section IV.C.4 <br /> PUD-PI: Section IV.C.5 <br /> <br /> In addition, the permitted uses within the PI zone shall be more specifically <br /> defined as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. public school uses; <br /> 2. child care facilities/uses; <br /> 3. public recreation uses of school facilities; and <br /> 4. any use operated by school children or non-profit, school-associated <br /> groups within or on school grounds (e.g., fund-raising activities such <br /> as flower sales, car washes, and so forth),. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, on file with the <br /> City Clerk designating and dividing the City into zoning districts, is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map//448, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated June 1, <br /> 1999, and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to <br /> Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
