However, the Planning Director may <br />require individual tree reports as part of the design review application process if he/she <br />determines that the proposed development may have a potential impact on the existing trees, <br />or desires to assess the value of a tree proposed for removal. Any tree proposed for removal <br />shall be evaluated by an arborist for potential transplanting to another area of the lot. The <br />value of any heritage trees to be removed shall be appraised and shall be paid to the City's <br />Urban Forestry Fund at the time of building permit issuance. Six 36" box size native trees <br />shall be shown on the proposed landscape plan for each new custom residence. <br /> <br />29. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br /> excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The county <br /> coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and procedures <br /> followed as required in Appendix K of the California Environmental Quality Act. A similar <br /> note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br /> <br />30. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br /> residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />31. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br /> sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at <br /> the end of each work day. <br /> <br />Building <br /> <br />32. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall pay the applicable Zone 7 and City <br /> connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation meters. <br /> Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD sewer permit fee. <br /> <br />33. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all lots to the satisfaction of the <br /> Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />34. The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to an approved storm drain system in <br /> accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) of the 1988 Uniform unless otherwise <br /> approved by the Building Official and City Engineer. <br /> <br />lq'ire <br /> <br />35. The applicant shall meet all requirements of the Uniform Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />36.
