June 27th — 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Pleasanton Senior Center <br />7) Wheels Accessible Advisory Committee (WAAC) met on July 5, 2017 received a <br />presentation regarding the existing conditions and to provide feedback on their <br />experiences. <br />8) Pleasanton Paratransit Task Force met on July 17, 2017 to receive a <br />presentation regarding the existing conditions and to provide feedback on their <br />experiences. <br />9) Policy -Maker Outreach will take place in September with informational <br />presentations to be made to the LAVTA Board and Pleasanton City Council <br />members. <br />Next steps will include: <br />1) The consultant will develop alternatives which will be presented for public and <br />stakeholder feedback in November or December. <br />2) After collecting and analyzing public comment, agency specific alternatives will <br />be developed for LAVTA and the City of Pleasanton and presented to both <br />governing bodies in first quarter of 2018. <br />3) After Pleasanton City Council and LAVTA Board of Directors review and provide <br />direction as to which alternatives have been selected, consultant will prepare an <br />implementation plan for each agency with a final plan to be presented for <br />adoption by March 2018. <br />The presentation will include a study overview and information about existing <br />conditions, market analysis, peer system review, community feedback, findings to date, <br />and next steps.
