CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 826 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ~2-2.40, ARTICLE 4 (TENTATIVE MAP), AND <br /> ~2-3.03, ARTICLE 5 (MINOR SUBDIVISIONS) AND ADDING ~2-10.14 <br /> TO ARTICLE 19 (DESIGN REVIEW), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOP- <br /> MENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND <br /> ADOPTING THE SAME AS AN URGENCY MEASURE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 2-2.40 (Filing), Article 4, Title II of the Ordi- <br /> nance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> ~ 2-2.40 Filing. The subdivider shall file with the <br /> Planning Commission (25) white copies and one (1) <br /> duplicate transparency of the tentative map of each <br /> subdivision and such other copies as may be required <br /> by the Director of Planning or his designated repre- <br /> sentative. The time of filing of a tentative map <br /> shall be construed to be the time at which a ten- <br /> tative map meeting all of the requirements of this <br /> article has been filed with the Director of Plan- <br /> ning or his designated representative, the environ- <br /> mental impact review process (including completion <br /> of any required environmental impact report or <br /> negative declaration) established by the City Council <br /> has been completed, and the project has received <br /> an allocation from the Residential Allocation Board <br /> for the number of units proposed to be subdivided. <br /> A tentative map shall not be accepted for filing <br /> which does not meet the above requirements. The <br /> Director of Planning or his designated representa- <br /> tive shall indicate the date of receipt of a ten- <br /> tative map meeting the requirements of this article <br /> and shall advise the applicant in writing when the <br /> time period for evaluation by the Planning Commis- <br /> sion of the tentative map has commenced. <br /> <br /> The requirement that a project have an allocation <br /> from the Residential Allocation Board shall not be <br /> applicable to tentative maps submitted to the <br /> Director of Planning on or before June 27, 1977, <br /> or to any maps that have obtained sewer connection <br /> permits pursuant to Resolution No. 77-108 (A Resolu- <br /> tion Specifically Allocating 140 Single Family <br /> Dwelling Unit Equivalent Sewer Connections at the <br /> Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant for Properties Located <br /> Within the Sunol Sewer Service Area). <br /> <br />Section 2.
