REVISIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were no revisions to the agenda. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted, approved, or <br />adopted by one motion unless a request for removal for discussion or <br />explanation is received from the Planning Commission or a member of the public <br />by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br />a. P16 -1313, Total Wine & More <br />Application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a specialty liquor store <br />with ancillary tasting and educational programs within the existing building <br />located at 4225 Rosewood Drive. Zoning for the property is C -C (Central <br />Commercial) District. <br />Julie Harryman recused herself from participating in the hearing and left the Council <br />Chambers. <br />Commissioner Nagler moved to make the findings and approve Case P16 -1313, <br />subject to the Conditions of Approval as listed in Exhibit A of the staff report. <br />Commissioner Allen seconded the motion. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, September 14, 2016 Page 2 of 22 <br />
