Beaudin: It really is a procedural step. It's going to be a map that shows the project that was approved by the City Council and that is a Planning Commission level approval. So the answer to the question is, the community may see Lunch Ranch on an agenda and show up to discuss that, but in terms of what you're going to do with it, it's a technical approval.
