P16 -0826, City of Pleasanton <br />Proposal to consider an amendment to the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />to allow for concurrent processing of Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />Zoning Requests and /or PUD Development Plans with Tentative <br />Subdivision Map applications. <br />Shweta Bonn presented the staff report and described the scope, layout, and key <br />elements of the proposal. <br />Ritter: I'll just make a little comment. Thank you staff for getting into this. I know we've <br />been doing a lot of process adjustments over the past 10 years and we're trying to be <br />more efficient. Those are just my comments. Does anyone have anything to add? Do <br />we have a motion? <br />Commissioner Allen moved to approve P16 -0826 and find that the proposed <br />amendment to the Municipal Code is statutorily exempt from CEQA and adopt the <br />resolution to approve it. <br />Commissioner O'Connor seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Allen, Balch, Nagler, O'Connor, and Ritter <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />RECUSED: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Resolution No. PC- 2016 -10 approving Case P16 -0006 was entered and adopted as <br />motioned. <br />c. PUD- 104 -01M /PUD -81 -22 -ISM, Workday, Inc. <br />Applications for Planned Unit Development Major Modifications to <br />construct a six - story, approximately 410,000- square -foot office building, <br />parking garage, and related site improvements at 6110 and <br />6120 -6160 Stoneridge Mall Road. The proposed modifications would <br />replace the previously- approved plans to construct a six - story, <br />approximately 430,000- square -foot office building, two parking garages, <br />and related site improvements. Zoning for 6110 Stoneridge Mall Road is <br />Planned Unit Development — Mixed Use (PUD -MU) District and zoning <br />for 6120 -6160 Stoneridge Mall Road is Planned Unit Development — <br />Commercial -Office (PUD -C -O) District. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, April 13, 2016 Page 22 of 33 <br />
