REVISIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Adam Weinstein clarified that Item 6a is tentatively continued to the second meeting in <br />February, the February 24th meeting and not February 101h as written on Agenda. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted, approved, or <br />adopted by one motion unless a request for removal for discussion or <br />explanation is received from the Planning Commission or a member of the public <br />by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br />P15 -0741, Way Kumar <br />Application for Design Review approval to construct an approximately <br />4,225- square -foot single - family residence with an attached <br />approximately 623 - square -foot garage at 5967 Kolb Ranch Drive. Zoning <br />for the property is PUD- LDR/C /PHS/WO (Planned Unit Development - <br />Low Density Residential /Commercial /Public Health & Safety/Wildland <br />Overlay) District. <br />Commissioner Allen moved to approve Case P15 -0741, subject to the Conditions <br />of Approval as listed in Exhibit A of the staff report. <br />Commissioner Balch seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Allen, Balch, Nagler, O'Connor, and Ritter <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />RECUSED: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Resolution No. PC- 2016 -01 approving Case P15 -0741 was entered and adopted, as <br />motioned. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER MATTERS <br />a. UP- 77 -13. City of Pleasanton <br />Consideration of possible modification or revocation of a Conditional <br />Use Permit for the operation of the Pleasanton Masonic Center located <br />at 3370 Hopyard Road.
