Mr. Adams stated that the residence will actually not be visible walking down St. Mary's <br />Street; the pedestrian will look just straight back to the yard if the gate were open <br />because the residence will be blocked completely by the view of the existing medical <br />building. <br />Commissioner O'Connor stated that the house looks like it is being built for a rental unit <br />or at least an in -law unit on that side. He noted that it is almost like a separate <br />apartment where the stairs come up. <br />Mr. Adams replied that it would absolutely not be a rental and that there is a separate <br />entrance on that side.
