Does the Planning Commission support the Specific Plan Amendment to allow vehicular <br />ingress from El Charro Road subject to agreement by parties of the Pre - Development <br />and Cooperation Agreement? <br />Commissioner Piper stated that she has mostly shared her thoughts on this and that it <br />sounds like making those decisions are a bit far anyway. She indicated that she is very <br />curious as to see how that traffic study goes. <br />Commissioner Balch asked Commissioner Piper if she would support the applicants' <br />request for the ingress if they wanted it. <br />Commissioner Piper noted that the applicants want it. <br />Acting Chair Allen asked Commissioner Piper if she would support it if the parties agreed to <br />it. <br />Commissioner Piper replied that she certainly would support it if everyone agreed and the <br />traffic study stated it was safe.
