MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />There were no members of the audience wishing to address the Commission. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Brian Dolan advised that there were no revisions or omissions to the Agenda. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted, approved, or <br />adopted by one motion unless a request for removal for discussion or <br />explanation is received from the Planning Commission or a member of the public <br />by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br />a. P14 -0566, Kitty Li /Massage Journey <br />Application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow up to ten massage <br />technicians at any one time at an existing massage establishment <br />(Massage Journey) located at 1530 Stoneridge Mall Road, Suite F133. <br />Zoning for the property is C -R(m) (Regional Commercial — Enclosed <br />Mall) District. <br />b. P14 -0696, John Pinelli /The Dealership <br />Application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an online retail car <br />dealership with limited on -site display as part of an existing retail car <br />accessory business located at 3657 Old Santa Rita Road, Suite C. <br />Zoning for the property is C -S (Service Commercial) District. <br />Commissioner Balch moved to make the required Conditional Use findings for <br />Cases P14 -0566 and P14 -0696 as listed in the staff reports, and to approve <br />Cases P14 -0566 and P14 -0696, subject to the Conditions of Approval listed in <br />Exhibit A of the respective staff reports. <br />Commissioner Piper seconded the motion. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, June 25, 2014 Page 2 of 29 <br />
