PC- 2014 -16 recommending approval of the Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration for the project, PC- 2014 -17 recommending approval of Case P14 -0011 <br />(General Plan Amendment), PC- 2014 -18 and PC- 2014 -19 recommending approval of <br />Case PUD -101 (PUD Rezoning and PUD Development Plan, respectively) were <br />entered and adopted as motioned. <br />b. PUD- 85- 02- 02D -06M, Hendrick Automotive Group <br />Application for PUD Major Modification to the existing PUD <br />Development Plan (PUD- 85- 02 -02D) for: (1) the demolition of all existing <br />buildings; and (2) the construction and operation of an approximately <br />83,300- square -foot automobile showroom and service facility for Lexus <br />of Pleasanton located at 4335 -4345 Rosewood Drive.
