THE CITY OF <br />1 <br />PLEASANTON, <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />City Council Chamber <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, September 25, 2013 <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission Meeting of September 25, 2013, was called to order at <br />7:00 p.m. by Chair Pearce. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Pearce. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development; Janice <br />Stern, Planning Manager; Larissa Seto, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Mike Tassano, City Traffic Engineer; Jenny Soo, <br />Associate Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Greg O'Connor, Jennifer <br />Pearce, Mark Posson, and Herb Ritter <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Arne Olson <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. September 11, 2013 <br />Chair Pearce proposed that the consideration of the September 11, 2013 Minutes be <br />continued as Commissioner Olson is absent. She asked the Commissioners if they <br />were fine with that and Brian Dolan if there were any time - sensitive matters in the <br />Minutes.
