2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. March 13, 2013 <br />Commissioner Olson noted that his name was left off the list on the vote for Item 6.a., <br />P12 -1796, City of Pleasanton on the Ridgeline and Hillside Protection and Preservation, <br />on page 32. He indicated that he voted with the rest of the Commissioners and <br />requested that his name be added to the "Ayes" vote. <br />Chair Blank noted a typographical error on the first sentence of the first full paragraph <br />on page 23 and requested that it be corrected as follows: "Chair Blank stated that <br />develops developers sit down with staff and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars.... <br />Chair Blank stated that on page 26, it says that the ridgeline behind the house has to be <br />at least 100 feet, which is basically what the ordinance says, and not within 100 feet. <br />He clarified that the Commission was not saying that the house has to be within <br />100 feet but that it cannot be any closer than 100 feet. <br />Commissioner Narum moved to approve the Minutes of March 13, 2013 as <br />amended. <br />Commissioner Pearce seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Narum, O'Connor, Olson, Pearce, and <br />Posson. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: Commissioner O'Connor on Item 6.a. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />The Minutes of the March 13, 2013 meeting were approved as amended. <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />There were no members of the audience wishing to address the Planning Commission. <br />4.
