Commissioner O'Connor inquired if the Police can enforce the Code if the Code <br />Enforcement Officer is not available, such as after work hours or on weekends. <br />Commissioner Blank stated that he does not know if the Police can enforce it, but they <br />can document it. <br />Commissioner Narum stated that what actually happened was that when they were <br />looking at some of the other similar types of uses, the Police Officer happened to know <br />that one of them had a condition that they were not allowed to be serving out front and <br />that was going on when they drove by. She noted that the Officer got on the radio and <br />had to ask somebody else to look it up. <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW /ACTION <br />No discussion was held or action taken. <br />a. Matters for Commission's Information <br />There was a discussion among the Commissioners regarding the date for the next <br />meeting of the Historic Preservation Task Force. <br />Mr. Dolan stated that the reason for rescheduling the October 18th meeting was <br />because two members would not be able to attend on that date; however, there would <br />also be two others who have a conflict on the alternative date, October 3`d. He <br />indicated that the meeting would probably then remain as scheduled on October 18th <br />but that he would consult with the project planner and get back to the Commission. <br />Commissioner Pearce stated that the East Pleasanton Specific Plan Task Force had a <br />good meeting last week which involved riding around the East Pleasanton properties. <br />Commissioner Narum stated that what was really noteworthy about the whole tour was <br />seeing the amount of land in the East Pleasanton Specific Plan area.
