MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL - None <br /> COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> Mayor Thorne reported the bill that would allow the City to be part of a Joint Powers Authority passed in <br /> the Assembly and is being considered by a Senate committee. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m. The Council extended a <br /> tribute to our nation's men and women serving in the military.
