Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute professional services agreements with Cel <br /> Consulting, Inc. and West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $250,000, <br /> and 4Leaf, Inc., Shums Coda Associates, TRB & Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed <br /> $200,000 to provide on-call building and fire code plan review, permit counter and inspection <br /> services; authorized the City Manager to approve amendments to said agreements, if required, to <br /> meet service demand and the Director of Community Development to approve adjustments to the <br /> allocated amounts provided the aggregate is equal to the approved amount or the aggregate as <br /> modified by the City Manager consistent with purchasing policies <br /> Engineering <br /> 6. Public Hearing: Wavied full reading and adopted Resolution No. 17-945 confirming the <br /> Engineer's Report and Levying the 2016-17 assesment for Lighting and Landscape Districts <br /> 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado); Resolution No. 17-946 confirming the Engineer's Report and <br /> Levying the 2016-17 assesment for for Lighting and Landscape Districts 1993-1 (Windsor); <br /> Resolution No. 17-947 confirming the Engineer's Report and Levying the 2016-17 assesment for <br /> for Lighting and Landscape Districts 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch); Resolution No. 17-948 confirming <br /> the Engineer's Report and Levying the 2016-17 assesment for for Lighting and Landscape <br /> Districts 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm); and Resolution No. 17-949 confirming the Engineer's Report <br /> and Levying the 2016-17 assesment for for Lighting and Landscape Districts 1995-1 (Moller <br /> Ranch), and appropriated $11,560 from the applicalbe City Funds to the respective Districts <br /> 7. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute purchase orders with Miracle Play Systems <br /> in the amount of $206,896 to replace play equipment at Mission Hills and Oakhill Parks, and with <br /> Ross Recreation Equipment Company, Inc. in the amount of $122,486 to replace play equipment <br /> at Harvest Park, and authorized the use of$326,382 from the Park and Median Renovation Fund <br /> 9. Accepted public improvements performed by D & D Pipelines, Inc. for the Valley Avenue Water <br /> Main Extension project, CIP NO. 16148; authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion, <br /> City Council Minutes Page 2 of 8 June 20,2017 <br />
