City of Pleasanton, et.al. - <br /> United States District Court, Northern District of California, State of California, Case No. C16- <br /> 02964 CRB <br /> The special meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m. <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Pentin led <br /> the pledge of allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Fialho announced Item No. 5 has a revised cover sheet reflecting a minor change from <br /> pages 2 and 3, clarifying recommendation No. 4. <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> City Attorney Sodergren stated that no action was taken in Closed Session. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Mayor Thorne opened the public hearing. <br /> Carmen Rivera Hendrickson expressed concerns that she did not receive the appropriate documents <br /> prior to tonight's meeting. <br /> City Manager Fialho stated he will meet with Ms. Hendrickson and review the documents with her. <br /> Mayor Thorne closed the public hearing. <br />
