The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Harding, McWilliams and Mayor Long <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Bubics <br />Adoption of City Seal <br />After discussion on this matter, it was moved by Councilman Gerton that the City <br />Seal proposed by Mr. Paul Carey, of Logan, Carey and Rehag Designers, be adopted. <br />The motion died for lack of a second. <br />Considerable discussion ensued regarding this issue. <br />It was moved by Mayor Long and seconded by Councilman McWilliams that the news- <br />papers publish an article stating that anyone residing in either the Pleasanton or <br />Murray Townships may submit either a rough amateur sketch or a finished drawing <br />ready for reproduction of a proposed City Seal to the City Clerk up until 5:00 P.M. <br />on April llth for City Council selection on April 25th with the winner of the con- <br />test being paid $100.00 for a rough sketch or $250.00 for a finished drawing. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AXES: Councilmen Gerton, Harding, McWilliams and Mayor Long <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Bubics <br />Pro reacts Payment No. 15. Piazza Paving Company <br />in the amount of $27,109.93 is now due and payable. <br />It was moved by Councilman McWilliams and seconded by Councilman Gerton that <br />Resolution No. 66-29, authorizing Progress Payment No. 15 in the amount of <br />$27,109.93 to Leo F.
