Once the
needs assessment is complete, we will be prepared to move into final design and
construction administration services.
I have based this proposal on our conversations regarding the existing water
intrusion issues at Station 4. The current condition of the wood trim at the
parapet walls is allowing water intrusion behind the trim, causing damage to the
wood trim and members in the impacted area.
As part of our initial study we will review existing drawings and existing conditions
on site and develop a concept report, along with Opinions of Probable
Construction Cost for budget purposes. Once this preliminary report is complete
and the City is prepared to move forward with the project we will develop detailed
plans and specifications, ready to bid, for the scope of repairs required to
complete this work.
Please note that this proposal is based on the scope of services that we believe
is necessary to successfully complete this project. If there are scope items that
are not included, or that are not necessary, we would be pleased to adjust the
scope and fee to meet your needs.
We are proposing to offer the following scope of services:
28o Bettencourt Street Sonoma,CA 95476
www.jellkatzarchitccturc.coin
