shall be subject to the review and approval of the Engineering Department prior to <br /> issuance of permits. <br /> 51. No above ground utility facilities/structures shall be located between the face of <br /> curb and the far limit of the public service easement. Smaller utility boxes <br /> (pedestals, etc.) may be allowed above ground if it can be demonstrated to the <br /> satisfaction of the City that such utilities are adequately screened. <br /> 52. The applicant's engineer shall submit certification, signed and stamped by a <br /> registered civil engineer, with the first submittal of the improvement plans to the <br /> Engineering Department that the sewer design flow criteria and sewer construction <br /> intent conforms to the requirements of the City of Pleasanton. The sewer design <br /> flow criteria and sewer construction intent shall be subject to the review and <br /> approval of the City Engineer. <br /> 53. The applicant's engineer shall submit sanitary sewer demand calculations, signed <br /> and stamped by a registered civil engineer, with the first submittal of the <br /> improvement plans to the Engineering Department. The calculations shall be <br /> subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> 54. The project shall collect and convey all stormwater entering and/or originating from <br /> the development to an adequate downstream drainage facility. The applicant shall <br /> submit hydrologic and hydraulic calculations for a 10-year storm event, signed and <br /> stamped by a registered civil engineer, with the Improvement Plans to the <br /> Engineering Department for review and approval. <br /> 55. The applicant shall install purple irrigation pipes for public landscape areas and <br /> private landscape areas maintained by the Homeowners/Maintenance <br /> Association. When recycled water becomes available to the subdivision, the <br /> Homeowners/Maintenance Association shall commence connection to the <br /> recycled water system at such time in the future as is deemed necessary by the <br /> City Engineer. Upon notification that the work is necessary, the <br /> Homeowners/Maintenance Association shall commence construction within a <br /> reasonable time thereafter and shall diligently pursue the work to completion. <br /> Details of the purple irrigation pipes shall be shown on the improvement plans <br /> submitted to the Engineering Department for plan check and permit issuance and <br /> shall be subject to the review and approval of the Engineering Department prior to <br /> issuance of permits. <br /> 56. The applicant shall provide a copy of the geotechnical report signed by the <br /> engineer of record in PDF concurrently with the first plan review submittal of the <br /> improvement plans and final map to the Engineering Department. The <br /> geotechnical report may be peer-reviewed by the City's on-call geotechnical <br /> consultant. Prior to recordation of the final map, the project developer's civil <br /> engineer and/or geotechnical engineer shall satisfactorily address all comments <br /> P16-1384, P16-1386, P17-0155 & PUD-113, Ponderosa Homes II, INC.
