Waived full reading and adopted the following resolutions approving the Engineer's Report and <br /> Budgets, and setting the public hearing for 2017-18 Annual Assessments for Lighting and <br /> Landscape District's: Resolution No. 17-937 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado), Resolution No. 17- <br /> 938 1993-1 (Windsor), Resolution No. 17-939 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch), Resolution No. 17-940 <br /> 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and Resolution No. 17-941 1995-1 (Moller Ranch) <br /> 7. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, awarded and authorized the City Manager to <br /> execute a construction contract with Goodland Landscape Construction, Inc., in the amount of <br /> $799,338; and a contract with Swinerton in the amount of $56,880 for construction management <br /> services for the Two New Lighted Tennis Courts at the Tennis and Community Park, CIP No. <br /> 14731; authorized the Director of Engineering to approve and execute change orders not to <br /> exceed $80,000; and appropriated $498,545 from Park Dedication Fee Fund to said project <br /> 8. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, awarded and authorized the City Manager to <br /> execute a construction contract with Manito Construction, Inc. in the amount of$1,012,900 for the <br /> Meadowlark Sewer Siphon project, CIP No. 13226; authorized the Director of Engineering <br /> Services to approve and execute change order not to exceed $100,000; authorized $44,350 to <br /> Pakpour Consulting Group, Inc. for additional design services and construction support services, <br /> City Manager to enter into a contract with a biological monitor consultant to provide monitoring <br /> required by the Fish and Wildlife permit not to exceed $40,000 and the transfer of $533,930 from <br /> the Capital Improvement Program project, Annual Sewer Main Replacement and Improvements <br /> CIP No. 16202 to said project <br /> Library <br /> 9. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 17-942 approving new library policies and <br /> amending the master fee schedule as it relates to library fines and fees <br /> Operations Services <br /> 10.
