Approved Disaster Preparedness Policy for the City of Pleasanton <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 3. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2162 for P16-1386, P17-0155, PUD-113, <br /> and Tract 8259, Ponderosa Homes, at 6900 Valley Trails Drive <br /> 4. Approved and authroized the City Manager to execute an agreement with Cal-West Lighting and <br /> Signal Maintenance, Inc. for traffic signal maintenance and emergency repair services and <br /> authorized the Director of Community Development to review and approve future contract <br /> extensions <br />
