I spoke with Phil Kooreman, property owner/resident of , regarding the Ponderosa project scheduled to be discussed at tomorrow's CC meeting (Item 18 on the agenda). Mr. Kooreman might not be able to attend tomorrow evening and asked that his comments be provided directly to City Council. Please share the following comments with City Council and appropriate staff. Mr. Kooreman does not support: 1. the site being development with a school as he believes it will create a significant amount of traffic in the neighborhood; and 2. constructing bathrooms within Valley Trails Park and believes that people in the neighborhood can use their own bathrooms.
