Mature <br /> landscaping (shrubs and bushes) runs the length (north to south) of the western <br /> property line, east of Valley Trails Drive.The undeveloped portion of the site is mowed <br /> or disked on a regular basis for weed abatement. Plant species found in this area <br /> are those typically found in developed parts of Pleasanton. No special status <br /> species have been observed in or near this site. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> a-d) There are no rare, endangered, or threatened species of flora or fauna known <br /> to inhabit the property site. In addition, there is no existing stream, river, lake, <br /> drainage channel, or other water body/course on the subject property, though <br /> arroyos run further west and north of the site. The project site is immediately <br /> surrounded by residential uses to the north, west and east; and by parkland to <br /> 19 <br />
