The site is currently occupied by a <br /> church, related site improvements and undeveloped area, and is not currently <br /> being used for farmland, agricultural production, or forestry. The California State <br /> Department of Conservation designates the subject property as "Urban and Built- <br /> Up Land."1 <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> a)-e) No agricultural or forestry land is located on the site. The project would not <br /> result in the conversion of any farmland and the subject property is not zoned <br /> for agricultural use and does not have a Williamson contract in place.
