allocate CDBG funds to non-profit agencies serving low income persons for the implementation of the <br /> FY2017/18 Housing and Human Services Grants Program which will fund 30 different projects(including <br /> projects that are wholly locally funded). Approximately$155,000 in CDBG funds will go toward capital <br /> i income benefiting formerly homeless families, domestic violence victims and low ncome persons <br /> without access to health care. Approximately$40,000 will fund public services which are needed by low <br /> income persons.
