CITY OF PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL AND REGULAR MEETING MINUTES March 21, 2017 Mayor Thorne called the special meeting to order at the hour of 6:30 p.m. Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum, Olson, Mayor Thorne Absent: Councilmember Pentin The meeting adjourned to closed session for the following purpose: Conference with Labor Negotiators pursuant to Government Code §54957.6: Agency representatives: Nelson Fialho and Debra Gill Employee organization: Pleasanton Police Officers Association The special meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m. Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Olson led the pledge of allegiance and provided opening remarks. Approved the allocation of $4.13 million from the Civic Center Reserve and Capital Improvement Plan Reserve to acquire 401 and 403 Old Bernal Avenue from the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC)
