Procurement Contract No. 14812 <br /> EXHIBIT A-2 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES <br /> 1. City of Pleasanton (COP)will provide all of the staff and resources <br /> necessary to perform the daily,weekly and monthly tasks outlined in this <br /> agreement. This includes all routine scheduled infrastructure inspections, <br /> data monitoring, production meter reads, water sample collection and <br /> analysis, minor repairs and customer service requests. <br /> 2. All service capability are immediately scalable to expand to fulfill non- <br /> routine laboratory analyses, planned capital improvement projects, <br /> unplanned extraordinary emergency maintenance and expanded meter <br /> reading services. <br /> 3. COP average emergency personnel response time is sixty (60) minutes. <br /> 4. COP will be adding a one-half(1/2) full time equivalent (FTE) employee <br /> over the course of the contract to provide a primary resource for continuity <br /> of scheduled routine services, (i.e. fire flow tests, inspections, etc). This will <br /> allow for the seamless integration of Castlewood service requirements <br /> directly into the existing regular work planning hours which are defined as <br /> 0700 hours to 1500 hours, seven (7) days a week, including holidays. From <br /> 1500 hours to 0700 hours, a time and materials rate would apply at the <br /> overtime rate schedule. <br /> Exhibit B <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br />
