Procurement Contract No. 14812 <br /> h. Capital improvement projects are not covered as part of the monthly <br /> operation and maintenance fee and will be billed separately to the County. <br /> i. Extraordinary maintenance; Extraordinary maintenance is defined as costs <br /> that are more than $1,000 per incident. Pump repairs and main breaks are <br /> examples of events that could be "extraordinary maintenance". Contractor <br /> will need either written or oral authorization by the County before <br /> proceeding with any extraordinary maintenance except in cases which in <br /> the Contractor's judgment repairs are necessary to safeguard the public or <br /> the County.
