1. The Agreement is rescinded and Developers are relieved of their obligation to construct <br /> the roadway extension of Del Valle Parkway/Nevada Street to the westerly boundary of <br /> Lot 1 on Tract 4401, or to contribute to the cost of such extension in the event said <br /> roadway extension is undertaken by a third party as part of another development project. <br /> 2. In exchange for the relief specified above, Developers agree to dedicate to the City of <br /> Pleasanton all or any portion thereof of Parcel E necessary for the roadway extension, <br /> including temporary construction easements necessary for the work of the roadway <br /> extension improvement. <br /> 3.
