CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> April 18, 2017 <br /> Engineering <br /> TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP 10390 LOCATED <br /> AT 1157 SLEEPY HEAD LANE <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Parcel Map 10390 created three residential lots on an approximately 6.13-acre site <br /> located at 1157 Sleepy Head Lane. The property is located as shown on Attachment 1. <br /> All subdivision improvements have been constructed and public improvements are <br /> ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept all public improvements constructed with Parcel Map 10390 for normal <br /> maintenance. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of public utilities that <br /> include a water main, one fire hydrant and water laterals. Tax revenue generally covers <br /> the increased cost to provide services and maintain infrastructure. <br />
