At key times of the day we are already overburdened by the amounts of traffic in the area. More <br /> housing and business in this area would only add to the congestion <br /> 2. High density housing should ONLY be built near a transit hub --like the Dublin-Pleasanton <br /> BART. High density housing is unsightly--no matter how "pretty", "modern", "chic" you may think you <br /> are making it, no matter how many stories--It's UGLY. <br /> We're tired of continued building when infrastructure should have a priority and should be in place <br /> first. If you don't have the money handle the traffic we have, if you can't fix the streets and potholes, <br /> why would you even THINK of adding to traffic congestion? <br /> I want to assume for a second that council consideration for this whole idea is not about improving the <br /> 1 <br />
