Regarding your decision to collect more data points, they are 'actual people' suffering daily. It's not just a simple quantitative measure of data points, as it can't measure the dangers we and pedestrians are facing. We have traffic issues at Bernal and First Street, which was voted unanimously for improvement/widening; we have many pedestrians in downtown too. Hence by the same logic, Owens Drive needs widening ASAP. We can't have 2 set of standards. On Owens Drive, your traffic engineer had expressed concerns about shifting the median; I don't know, but people are really frustrated and the last thing we want to hear after 3 months is that'it's too difficult,hence we are not doing it,' i
