Attachment 2 <br /> Management <br /> Partners <br /> To: Mr. Nelson Fialho, City Manager <br /> Mr. Brian Dolan,Assistant City Manager <br /> From: Steven Bocian,Management Partners <br /> Subject: Initial Review of Community Farm Project <br /> Date: October 25,2016 <br /> The City of Pleasanton's FY 2015-16 Capital Improvement Program(CIP)includes funding for <br /> preparation of a Community Farm Master Plan(Master Plan)to be located on the City's Bernal <br /> property. The intended purpose of the Community Farm as identified in the CIP is to "develop <br /> space on City-owned land on the Bernal Property that will service local and regional 4-H Clubs and other <br /> related organizations to enhance youth related activities and education in the areas of farming and <br /> agriculture." (A full description of the project is provided in Attachment A.) <br /> The development of a Community Farm Master Plan is also part of the 2015-16 City Council <br /> Work Plan Priorities.
