Windows of new <br /> structures shall be recessed two inches, with wood trimmed windowsills. Manufacturer's <br /> specification sheets, details, and sections of the windows, and window treatments (sills, <br /> trim, etc.) shall be shown on the building permit plans and shall be subject to review and <br /> approval by the Director of Community Development prior to issuance of the first building <br /> permit. <br /> 9. Final color, roofing, and material samples shall be submitted to the Director of Community <br /> Development for review and approval before issuance of the first building permit. <br /> 10. Unless approved by the Director of Community Development and City Engineer, no <br /> grading/building permits shall be issued prior to City Council approval of the tentative map <br /> and recordation of a final map. <br /> 11. The project developer shall work with the City on identifying the park and private street <br /> names for the project. Park and private street names should include families and <br /> individuals who have significantly contributed to Pleasanton in the past, particularly family <br /> names associated with the project site. Said park and street names shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval by the Director of Community Development prior to recordation of the <br /> final map. <br /> 12. All appliances or systems shall meet Energy Star standards and water conservation <br /> devices such as low-flow faucets, toilets, shower fixtures, etc. shall be installed in each <br /> unit of the project. The appliances and devices shall be stated on plans submitted for <br /> issuance of building permits. <br /> 13. The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits from the City prior to relocating the Zia <br /> home on-site. <br /> 14. The Zia home shall be relocated to the park south of Nevada Street and shall be used as a <br /> meeting space maintained by the Homeowners Association. The entire home shall be <br /> relocated with the exception of the southernmost portion of the structure, which is a <br /> modern alteration to the original residence (although the southernmost portion may be <br /> retained if desired). Any damage to the exterior of the Zia home, that results from the <br /> relocation of the home or removal of the later additions shall be replaced and shall match <br /> the details, material, color, etc. of the existing home. The plans submitted to the Building <br /> and Safety Division for plan check shall include existing and proposed floor plans and <br /> elevation drawings and clearly indicate the extent of the area to be removed and what <br /> materials, details, colors, etc. will be used to seamlessly integrate the repaired exterior <br /> walls where the addition was removed. Improvements required to meet current Building <br /> Code and/or ADA requirements shall be designed to be consistent with the materials, <br /> details, and design of the original building. The colors, details, and materials of the repair <br /> work shall be subject to the review and approval of the Director of Community <br /> Development prior to issuance of building permits. The Homeowners Association shall <br /> allow the City use of the Zia home to hold meetings or events up to six times a year.
