Lions Wayside,Kottinger Creek, has shared this year, what she has
done for the last 130+years...allowing a successful flood control mechanism within our downtown...and displaying the beauty that
she vocalizes through young voices, having observed her at work.
On another item, more potable water...is that potable water to recharge the aquifer...?Or is it potable water that we use
immediately...at tap?
The East Side Specific plan along with all the other agenda items weakens the active role of citizen participation to become
involved. Perhaps, that's the idea. Please be aware that, for example, the Vintage Apartment Complex.Traffic circulation, future
sight distance problems, lack of deceleration lane at Starbucks, speed control starting from New Leaf shopping
center...30mph...35mph...40mph accelerating through turn are more a lack of Professional Pleasanton thoroughness that we have
had with past Councils and Staff.
respectfully,
Peter Miller
1
