ATTACHMENT 1 CONTRACT Partial Renovation of Callippe Preserve Golf Course PROJECT NO. Callippe 2016 -01 THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this day of February, 2017 by and between D.H.R. Construction, Inc., ( "Contractor "), whose address is 860 Green Island Road, American Canyon, CA 94503, and telephone number is 707 -552 -6500 and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ( "City "). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for PROJECT NAME, PROJECT NO. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, the parties agree as follows: Work to be Performed. The work will generally consist of: Partial Renovation of Callippe Preserve Golf Course Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which are on file with the Operation Services Department of the City and are incorporated herein by this reference: A. Approved Plans and Specifications entitled the Partial Renovation of Callippe Preserve Golf Course, PROJECT NO. Callippe 2016 -01 and addenda thereto, if any. B. Contract Change Orders approved by the City Engineer, done in accordance with the Standard Specifications. C. The elements of the proposal submitted to the City by the Contractor, which the City has accepted. 2. Compensation. For the work described in the general plans and specification, City shall pay Contractor an amount not to exceed $140,000 per the Contractor's proposal of $133,202.20 including a 5% contingency to the City as set forth in Exhibit A of this agreement and incorporated herein.
